How Intensifly Works

Profit intelligence that starts with a conversation and gets smarter as you go.

Cashflow Calendar

See the future before it costs you money.

Cash In vs Cash Out

Every row shows money coming in (revenue) and money going out (purchases, overheads, debt). The bottom row — Cash Available — is what you actually have.

Plan vs Actual

Past columns show what happened. Future columns show what's planned. The gap between them is where problems hide.

Zoom levels

Start at the month view for the big picture. Drill into weeks or days when something looks off.

Why cash and profit aren't the same thing

'Good earning power + low owner capacity' is completely normal. Here's why.

Timing gap

You buy ingredients on Monday. You sell coffee all week. Your bank dips before revenue catches up. That's a timing gap — not a problem.

Principal gap

Loan repayments reduce your cash but aren't an expense. Your profit looks fine, but your bank balance tells a different story.

Shadow expenses

The cost of the coffee you sold today was locked in when you bought the beans last week. We estimate COGS from your purchases and recipes so you see the true picture.

Intensifly shows both views side by side — cash reality and profit reality — so you always know which one is driving the number you're looking at.

Coverage without inventory tracking

Forward-looking from purchase schedules and consumption rules

Purchase schedules

You tell us when and what you buy. We project what inputs you'll have available based on your buying pattern.

Consumption rules

Your recipes (BoM) define how inputs become outputs. We use these rules to estimate how far your planned purchases stretch.

Constraint detection

When projected demand outpaces projected supply, we surface the limiting inputs — the items most likely to cause a shortfall.

We do not track inventory. We estimate forward-looking feasibility from purchases and model consumption rules.

How gaps become work

Problems become tasks. Tasks auto-close when fixed.

Issues

Detected automatically when data quality drops or a gap appears. "3 items missing sell prices" is an issue.

Tasks

Promote an issue to a task when you're ready to fix it. Tasks guide you through the fix step by step.

Tracks

Multi-step workflows that improve your model over time. Each step narrows your ranges or resolves an issue.

Auto-resolution

When the underlying data is fixed, the task closes itself. No status updates needed.

Chat as command center

Setup through conversation, not forms.

Routes

Ask "What's my margin on lattes?" and Chat takes you straight to the answer — no menu-hunting.

Explains

"Why did my margin drop?" gets a plain-language breakdown with numbers, not a chart you need to interpret.

Suggests

"What should I fix first?" surfaces the highest-impact issue and offers to start a task.

AI routes actions, explains data, suggests next steps. Math computes. User decides.
